Who Are We?
monkamoo.com started as a seller on Ebay in August of 2001. After success in validating our business model on EBay, we developed our own site to deliver a more customized experience for our clients. Our mission is to focus on individuals that treat their mountain bikes like owners of a supercar - meaning they will settle for nothing less than the highest quality in both parts and service.

How did you choose the name monkamoo?
monkamoo is a nickname of Jake Ramos, the son of President/Founder Don Ramos. Jake was born in 2001, the year monkamoo.com was first incorporated in Miami, Florida. Wendy's has nothing on us :)
When will my parts ship?
As our announcement at the top of each page reads, make sure you check out our shipping policies and leadtimes prior to ordering. Right now all orders are an 8-10 week lead-time due to high demand. While the Hope factory is working 24/7 to reduce this time, it is forecasted to last at least through 2021, if not longer. If you are set on Hope, it is best to place an order to get in the queue. It's not showing any signs of letting up, but all of our orders do get filled, many times sooner than 8 weeks. We will update the policy page as needed.
